Physical Description & Personality
Race: Human
Sex: Female
Age: 26
Height: 5'8"
Skill Set: Soldier
Rank: Mercenary
Power Tier: Recruit
Jill is athletic and fit. She has extreme confidence and reliance within her own abilities. Her hair is like jacks from me3 and light brown. Her eyes are brown as well. Beneath her clothes can be found various scars and cybernetic enhancements external and internal the most notable is the metal enhancement running from just above her butt up the spine up the back of the neck and onto the bottom of the back of the head. She has cereal cumber tattoos on both sides of her head and both shoulders. She has a notably large bust and has some curves along with her physically athletic and fit body which does show some muscle tone. When not in armor she wore green military pants with military boots, a grey tank top with the sides mostly cut out, and a black sports bra.
With her partner Jack whom is also her opposite gendered clone she is a humorous and friendly individual. Despite being a mercenary, she keeps a positive mood and makes jokes even when in danger. However, she was quick to become stern and serious during combat, expressed disgust towards the Alliance, Citadel, and Cerberus, and is willing to give her life to protect Jack.
Jill is also very greedy, expressing annoyance when her pay is cut and also claims to be motivated by money rather than any desire to do the right thing. She has also expressed a great deal of cockiness in her abilities as a fighter, whispering to herself at times "I am fucking awesome!". A darker side of her personality is shown to be a bit low on empathy for the deceased, displaying little sadness when others die.
Jill's true personality is sadistic, wily, and shameless. Sometimes after betraying employers or teammates, she mocks their trust in her and insults them constantly. She seems to consider her deception like a role in a play, as she claims her portrayal seems "too romantic" and states she "gives a performance of a lifetime,". She also seems to lack any humanity as she is willing to kill all the inhabitants of a planet in order to make a profit. In addition, her cocky attitude is comparable to that of a megalomaniac. Over the years as a mercenary she slowly fell further and further into a full-blown sociopath, going as far as to threaten her own allies in order to maintain control of a situation, if they annoy her, or simply for amusement.
It also seems that Jill also possesses some sort of mental disorder, potentially showing signs of Psychopathy. Similar to ASPD, though a few personality tics and her reactions imply that the latter is not as likely. For example, she takes the time to toy with her prey before finishing them off. Also, given her acting ability, she is very good at feigning emotion and motive.
Jill is also is very adept at manipulating the emotions of others. In light of her alliance with Jack, despite the fact that they seem to get along with one another, she seemingly only cares about whether an action will benefit her. Furthermore, in light of how she talks about ways to exterminate the population of planets as a "joke", she appears to lack regard for human suffering as she flippantly says she'd nuke a planet from orbit as if she was deciding to buy pizza, and states how if the inhabitants all died, "well, that's just a tragedy" as if it's a joke.
In addition, Jill blatantly admits and displays that she doesn't care for the lives of others. She joyfully monologues about how life means nothing and believes all that matters in life is having more abilities to kill someone. This suggests that not only does she lack empathy, but that she may, in fact, be a moral nihilist, which is the belief that morality doesn't exist and death is central. Along with this she will seek to cause further chaos elsewhere for money.

Bloodlust
Jill and Jack were both tank born humans. Cerberus were conducting experiments to try to breed the perfect humans. After each experiment they finally created Jill and Jack, exact copies of one another, clones of different genders. They integrated cybernetic enhancements both internally and externally to their bodies to greatly improve them. They also injected them with an experimental super soldier syrum. They were, in the eyes of cerberus, the perfect humans. And for awhile they served their masters loyaly. However when they started having doubts about the program cerberus tried to shut both the clones down by forcing them apart. This only caused them to rebel, destroy the research facility and all its data on them and the project, and kill most of its occupants. Afterwards they went on the run from cerberus.
On the run from cerberus they were eventually picked up by the Alliance and inducted into their service for protection. They served once again loyally until Jill felt that they were just being used once more. Together they broke away from the alliance and fled to the terminus systems. There they were wanted by cerberus and the Alliance thought them to be too valuable assets to abandon. However they weren't considered wanted criminals.
Its here in the Terminous Systems where they found their careers as mercenaries. Unlike Cerberus and the Alliance they were in control f their lives now, they were their own bosses. They undertook many jobs with no job beneath their (her) moral code. Now them run amok across the galaxy doing jobs for the highest bidder, fighting Cerberus, and having some fun causing chaos.

Relationships
Jack
As early as their time in Cerberus, they have grown a strong friendship and almost always have gotten along. They work very well together, as the two were able to continue their mercenary work, allude the Illusive Man and Cerberus, and complete certain tasks and missions accordingly.
Despite their partnership, the two mercenaries continue to yell at one another under stressful situations and but very much respect one another. For example, while Jack prefers to be quick and efficient in his missions, Jill prefers to be dramatic and plays with her victims, causing tension between the two. Even when they share the same opinion she later rebuffs it to get on Jack's nerves. Interestingly, Jill considers Jack to be crazy when in fact she seems to be more mentally unstable (showing signs of NPD and BPD), implying she projects her own flaws towards Jack.
Even though they have a strong bond, the relationship is very manipulative. Jill will always use Jack to get her way or to benefit her and make it seem like it was both their ideas. She will play on Jacks feelings to make him do what she wants. She does however sternly believes that she DOES trust him. He's the only person she will ever trust. However in part to her sociopathic tendencies, she doesn't really think of Jacks feelings much or at all, She doesn't really care what he wants, just what she wants.
Jill uses Jacks mental scarring to her advantage, making him believe that they needed each other when Jill knows that she needs Jack more than Jack needs her. Jill is terrified that Jack will abandon her, knowing she wouldn't last long without him.
ENPC
Jack
Jack is portrayed as a quiet and cold individual who completely dedicates himself to his objectives, ignoring any emotions he has in order to stay stable. According to Jill, "Jack is so far off the deep end." Cold, unfeeling, and without any outward showings of empathy or mercy, Jack appears to be the perfect tool to hire for any sort of job, following all orders to the letter. However, he takes little joy in completing his tasks. Jack was initially a more empathetic and compassionate soldier while serving under Cerberus and the Alliance.
Jack expresses respect towards his comrades. He cares for the people who trust him, and those he considers to be worthy teammates. His apathetic personality and soldier mentality is merely a cover up to cope with the atrocities he had committed in the name of orders.
