Geth
Overview: The Geth are a synthetic race created by the Quarians to work and use as tools. When they became self-aware and sentient due to their AI programming, they began to question the way the Quarians were using them, and for that, the Quarians tried to exterminate them. In the ensuing war, the Geth won, and forced the Quarians off of their home planet Rannoch. The quarians were then a nomad race due to their hostilities against the Geth.
Culture: Geth have no government or rankings system among them. They have no need for it. Because the geth can instantaneously transmit their thoughts to the entire race, they will all collaborate their ideas and opinions in order to come up with a consensus that benefits the race as a whole. The only true type of culture can be seen within the Heretics of the Geth race, where they have a god they tend to worship, and do whatever the god wants, rather than what they want as a race. The Heretics worship the metallic gods that assaulted the Citadel five years ago, and follow him as a splinter sector of the main geth race.
Biology: Geth had synthetic muscles which allow them to move quicker, and make them much more agile than a human or turian for example. The geth looks more like a Quarian, or any other two legged species. Though they do have some subspecies with four legs, and two arms, and a head, that look like bugs or spiders. They are a bipedal race though in their majority. They have a variety of sizes and colors, but most look fairly similar.
Humans and other races: The only race that the Geth truly had a problem with was the Quarians, considering they tried to exterminate them. Their feelings on other races including the Heretic Geth were of the thought that if they should be allowed to exist so long as they didn't threaten the Geth race's existance.
