Race: Human Sex: Male Age: 28 Height: 6'1" Weight: 200lbs Body type: Built Skill Set: Sentinel Rank: Cerberus Radical (Paragon)
Agent Chishan is a well-built human male, conditioned and trained to be in peak physical form so he can take on most physical challenges put in front of him. Standing just over six feet and weighing nearly ninety-one kilograms, his body shows signs of strenuous training regimens; scars cover parts of his pectoral muscles and abdominal muscles. Two black-inked tattoos have been etched onto his torso; one on the left side over his ribs (Symbol is indiscernible; needs further research) and a thorn-like design that covers from the top of the abdominal across the left pectoral and over the left shoulder.
Agent Chishan is rarely found wearing standard protocol Cerberus outfits. Time spent undercover has made him more lax in terms of professional dress code and is often found wearing civilian clothes; i.e. a brown leather jacket with a white shirt underneath, simple pants and black boots. Mission reports show him suiting up in a sleeker, more flexible armor as to provide better movement in and out of combat. These reports only follow situations in which combat in unavoidable, a situation that Agent Chishan often tries to avoid.
From the beginning, it was known that Agent Chishan was born with a brilliant mind and a surprising understanding of biotics. Having an IQ of 144, he passed through his early examinations without complication and ranking highest among the recruits. Early categorizing had him placed as a leading scientist in cross-engineering alien technology until biotic potential began to show. Agent Chishan himself crafted and installed his first biotic amps, displaying a masterful understanding of not only construction but of dark matter manipulation. He refused to be placed in an out of combat role, arguing his talents were best used in the field. His natural prowess for excellence helped him master the combat training, making him one of Cerberus' most lucrative and valuable assets.
Psychology reports taken from Agent Chishan between last two sessions show significant, and arguably suspicious, change. The last report taken at age twenty six show that, while exhibiting an individualistic belief of Cerberus' future, he was loyal to the cause and followed orders with little to no argument. The next report taken at age twenty seven show extreme change in personal and professional beliefs. Agent Chishan seems to have taken a stand against recent Cerberus operations and goals, refusing excessive force to continue a peaceful, sometimes passive attempt to finish mission parameters. Record would like to show that this extreme change could have been brought on by exposure and confrontation with Collectors on REDACTED.
Professional suggestion is to remove Agent Chishan from the field and expose him to newer conditioning and upgrades. See Section 4, sub-section 8.1 Conditioning Parameters for Veteran Agents and Section 6, sub-section 2.6 Adapted Reaper Technological Upgrades for Agents.
-Born Christopher Andeà to parents Jennifer Andeà and Garrett Hudson. Delivered at National Wentworth Hospital in Joughlin on the planet Benning. Six pounds, seven ounces. Baby is result of an affair between Jennifer Andeà and Garrett Hudson. Husband Thomas Andeà, unaware of the affair, accepts Christopher as his own spawn.
-Jennifer Andeà was serving as the mayor of Joughlin at the time that Christopher was born. Garrett Hudson, a political dignitary from Earth, sees his biological son once between informing Jennifer that he has no intention of helping to raise the child or provide financial support. Jennifer uses her mayoral powers to frame him for embezzlement resulting in Garrett fleeing from Benning. Records of this interaction were retrieved as part of Cerberus operation to gain useful information to levy against the Andeà family. Agent Terias confronted Jennifer Andeà with aforementioned information and, in exchange for not making the affair and administrative abuse public, Jennifer would provide information and resources to establishing a Cerberus foothold on Benning. Addendum to file: Jennifer Andeà was also promised the opportunity of political growth, with a long-term goal of making her Chancellor of Benning to further Cerberus influence.
-Christopher Andeà is raised like a normal child of a political figurehead; benefiting from private schooling and a leisurely lifestyle. Christopher, though not immersed among large amounts of children his age, shows a great need for communication and friendliness. Cerberus specialists believed Christopher was suffering from a parental complex, as his parents were often too ingrained in their careers to show him care or affection.
-Apio Andeà is born to parents Jennifer Andeà and Thomas Andeà. Five pounds, nine ounces. Jennifer Andeà is in the heart of her campaign to become governor when her second child -- and the only true child of Thomas Andeà -- is brought into the world. Her campaign slogan goes from 'A woman who can do it all!' to 'A family woman who can do it all!'
-Christoper Andeà and Apio Andeà are inseparable from the moment Apio is brought home. It is Apio who, in infantile attempt to pronounce sibling's name, that first utters the name 'Chish'. Christopher's nickname 'Chish' is quickly taken up by the family and friends of the family.
-The Starship Worker's Rebellion occurs, resulting in the defamation of property, raids of infrastructures and all-out rioting in the streets. Chancellor Elrin Onais is captured by the rebelling workers and executed over the local com-net. Jennifer Andeà, now governor of Joughlin, rallies the local policing forces to bring down the rebellion as well as proving herself to be a beacon of hope and peace among the residents of the colony. When the rebellion is finally squelched, the colonists call that Jennifer Andeà be elected Chancellor -- despite only serving as governor for a short time. Operation Bludtide is marked as a success.
-As payment for their agreement, Christopher Andeà -- age twelve -- and Apio Andeà -- age ten -- are enrolled in Cerberus as recruits. Christopher Andeà chooses a new name based on his nickname -- Chishan -- for unspecified reasons. Cerberus specialists believe this is out of some rebellion towards his parents using him as 'payment'. Apio Andeà keeps his name.
-Chishan proves to be one of the more talented recruits to come into Cerberus in some time. His mind, molded young by solitary schooling and time spent studying instead of socializing, proves to have a natural knack for engineering and other sciences. Apio, while talented, does not display the same affinity to scientific advancement and is classified as a combat recruit.
-Chishan's biotic abilities manifest, proving once again that he is a perfect Cerberus resource. Before implants can be researched and provided for the teenager, Chishan crafts and installs his own biotic amps. Upon display of his new abilities, Cerberus officers remark that he will be one of the greatest lead scientists in Cerberus' technological division. Chishan counters the comment by claiming he wants to join the field division and assist in combat/undercover operations. Cerberus specialists believe this is an attempt to stay close to his brother Apio.
-Categorized list of successful missions for Chishan can be located in the folder Agent Operations, sub-section Agent Chishan. Mission success rate: 99%.
-Agent Chishan begins to show a unique view on Cerberus and its future operations. It is Chishan that is one of the most supportive in assisting Commander Shepard following the attack on the Citadel. Though others inside Cerberus are wary to believe the dreadnought classified as 'Sovereign' was a true Reaper, it seems that Chishan's beliefs ally with the Illusive Man's. Chishan is promoted to a full Agent of Cerberus and given leave to form his own operational team. Cerberus Captain Apio is recruited, along with sniper trooper Monica Belle, i.e. Agent Crossbones. The reason for the latter recruitment is believed to be for amorous reasons.
-Agent Chishan is sent on a mission to REDACTED to investigate the possibility of a Collector harvest. Mission parameters are altered when Collector ship arrives and prepares to harvest colony. Agent Chishan is ordered to utilize resources to gain information and leave the Collectors to their harvest. Agent Chishan chooses instead to engage Collector forces and assist in the escape of civilians. Operation is marked as a failure, as no information on the Collectors was gathered and useless resources were spent retrieving noncombatants.
-Agent Chishan's attitude towards Cerberus begins to change to conflicting and suspicious new levels. It is seemingly brought on from nothing, though perhaps combat with the Collectors could have sparked a level of post-traumatic stress. He is outspoken against the new directions that Cerberus is heading in preparation for the Reaper threat. Agent is flagged for activity.
